We know that acupuncture affects the ovarian cycle But we don’t know why or how! Taking studies and trying to make a model of it If we get to animal/human testing, then yay!

Background Pituitary produces FSH and LH
Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Luteinizing Hormone FSH is primarily responsible for stimulating egg growth LH causes ovulation A sharp increase in these hormones happens around Day 14 of the menstrual cycle Studies have shown acupuncture to be a successful treatment with sterility
