The improvement of Air Navigation Services, safety performance and systems’ efficiency at the regional level Objectives: Common Policy on, and Harmonization of Air Navigation Services Safe, Efficient and Cost-Effective Air Traffic Management Enhancing the level of safety, including operating support of Safety Mangement System within the Black Sea-Caspian Region as well as in other regions; Joint Strategy on Implementation of the Regional CNS/ATM Transition Plan Implementation of International ATM and SMS Standards Provision of Regional Air Navigation Services

Requirements to the Regional Teams Members
Requires a variety of people with a variety of talents Requires motivated and interested people Participants must be willing to work outside of normal work hours Participants must be competent in their profession, qualified and respected by peers and colleagues Participants must be able to speak their mind and respect the position of others Requires a team players, not an individualist Requires a listener and a thinker; not a quick decision maker Participants must be ready for open information exchange within the multinational environment
