2 Always follow directions.
Be quiet during lessons & story time.

3 Each time you use a shelf
Check out all books. Don’t leave a mess. Each time you use a shelf marker or book, put it back in its place.

4 Find your assigned seat.
Get permission from the teacher before getting our of your seat. Help others.

5 Just be sure your hands are clean before handling books.
If the teacher is talking, please listen. Just be sure your hands are clean before handling books. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

6 Listen to directions. Magazines need to be returned to the magazine rack. No horsing around!!!

7 One accident can ruin a book—keep it in a safe place.
Put books back on the shelf in the correct place. Quiet voices are a must!

8 Turn pages carefully. Read, Read, Read!!!
Share turns with books and computers. Turn pages carefully.

9 Use bookmarks; don’t “turn down” pages.
Very responsible students report lost or damaged books.

10 Walk at all times. eXpect respect—give respect.

11 You should always raise your hand to speak during lessons and stories.
Zip, zip, zip—return your books on time!!!
