What is important when communicating with any organisation?
Be courteous- even when complaining!
Be clear- you may know what you are talking about but they don’t!
Be concise- is all the information necessary?
Be coherent!- Does it make sense?
Ask questions!
Do you know everything?
Do THEY know everything?- CHECK
Remember communicating isn’t just about getting what you want!
It’s how you build relationships!
