2. WFD electronic summary report

Template for report presented and made available as Word DOC from last meeting
Fields and tables populated with the information extracted from the WFD submissions, statistical metadata on the submissions, indicators and charts
Atkins developed mapping of data from schemas into WFD master database and reporting interface extracting information as electronic summary report

NOTES: Status: 12/10/2010
The column 'Import complete' refers to whether all submitted schemas have been imported (Note: DE and SE missing certain schemas, EL does not have RBMP schmeas due to stage in adoption process). Red in this column means have not imported all submitted schemas as waiting for countries to update something.
The column 'Required corrections' refers to whether corrections were necessary to the XML in order to overcome import errors e.g., where missing mandatory information.

Use Internet Explorer to access as presentation in other browsers has not been targeted
Dynamically populates web pages with reported information from the WFD master database

NB! Report is being made available but is still under development and testing
Sense check of information returned main focus
This can be affected by the submissions themselves (missing mandatory); errors in the import routine; incorrect linking of underlying data in the table

7. Data input Tool built to map information from schema into the database
NB: Many report tables join items within schemas or across schemas. If mandatory information is missing in the submission, the table will not return information.

Access either from top level and drill down or can go directly into chapter and select RBD
Additional folders for Summary template and also the validation feedback

1. Use the browser back button to go back to the RBD summary page
2. Click on the breadcrumb link to go back to the folder view
3. Click the lower 'double arrow' to show a dropdown from which can choose a different RBD for the chapter presently being viewed and then press ' View report'
