1 FMP photo-shop process

2 Tools I mostly use on photo-shop

3 This it the next photograph I tried experimenting with on photo-shop
This it the next photograph I tried experimenting with on photo-shop. I was trying to go for more of a moody theme to add grunge theme. To do this I mostly used the hue/saturation tool.

4 Here is on of the double spread pictures I had edited on photo-shop
Here is on of the double spread pictures I had edited on photo-shop. The techniques were all done using the “image” option or the “filter” option. I selected individual places of the photograph to work with bit by bit. I firstly started off by editing the background by, brightening it changing to temperature to look a lot cooler as the photograph was too warm. There was also the option to auto tone, contrast and colour the image this is where the software does it for you. I preferred editing manually and seeing what works best.

5 Here are two of my magazine front covers the mastheads I personally like the one on the left a lot more but at the same time it looks hidden because of her head.

6 For this photograph I had actually edited using apps on my phone such as, VSCO CAM, Afterlight and facetune. On VSCO CAM I only made small changes whereas on Afterlight I had brightened the photograph sharpened it and turned the contrast up. Facetune was the main app I used as I brought out the background a lot more and softened her makeup so her pores don’t become the focal point of the image. I also brought out the milkshake more to make sure it stands out as well as the lights in the background.
