2 Why are we doing this APP has a 20th Century approach to information management which is unsustainable in the information millennium and going forward will put APP at a competitive disadvantage. Project Advance has been developed to take the first step on a business led improvement to lift our information management maturity from “Pockets of Sharing” to “Consistent & Relevant” within 3 years and provide a platform for future integration and optimisation where there is a business benefit.
