CHAT APPLICATIONS In chat rooms you can sometimes talk to people you do not know – what information should you NEVER GIVE OUT? Address, telephone number or school's name, unless you have specific permission from a parent or teacher. Pictures, credit card or bank details, passwords Should you meet people you speak to using Chat Applications? – Normally No, if you need to make sure you take an adult you trust with you. A moderated chat room is likely to be safer than an unmoderated chat room
