3 Figure 2 The combination of RNA-CART33 and chemotherapy result in deeper and prolonged response of leukemia in M0LM14 engrafted xenografts. NSG mice were injected with MOLM14-luc(lxl0(6) I.V) and imaged to confirmed engraftment four days later. Mice were then randomized to receive either RNA-CART33 with cyclophosphamide or untransduced T cells with cyclophosphamide (60 mg/kg L.P). T cell were given at a dose if 10x10(6) I.V in three different doses, on days 5,9,16. Cyclophosphamide was given on days 8 and 14.
