4 Instead of A candy cane. I choose a piece of bread. It Is in the grain group .you need 4 servings a day.

5 Instead of Ketchup chips I choose a bunch of carrots . They are in the vegetable group. You need 5 servings a day.

6 Instead of Gummies I choose a peach. It is in the fruit group. You need 5 servings a day .

7 Healthy foods help me -Have strong bones. Help me see better.
