2. The screen should then display “Updating…”
I Bricked My EV3
Connect EV3 to your computer with the USB
Load LEGO Mindstorm Software
On the EV3 press Back + Middle + Right buttons until the light goes out and then release Back
The screen should then display “Updating…”

3. If you are in Middle School then you are finished.
I Bricked My EV3 (p2)
On the Computer in the Mindstorm Software
Select ‘Tools’ -> Firmware Update, and load the latest version
Wait until it is finished.
If you are in Middle School then you are finished.

4. I Bricked My EV3 (p4)
Open ROBOTC, Select Tools -> Firmware Update -> Standard File
Wait… The Brick will say ‘Updating…’

5. I Bricked My EV3 (p5)
In ROBOTC, Click the ‘Firmware Download’ button and the Brick will begin updating again, Wait and you are finished.

6. I Bricked My EV3 (p6)
Now you may rename your brick in the Communication Setup and begin programming.
