Term Paper guidelines Presentations start from Dec 4.
Papers to be handed in much before presentations. Thematic presentations. A review of a book on natural resources (Anupam Mishra, any in course web etc), review of a project or programme (Riverlinking, sethusamudram, Polavaram, worlp) or organisations (Agragamee, WOTR, FES, WASSAN, DSC), natural resources issues in a particular state (Bihar (BMA), Jharkand, Chattisgarh, Uttaranchal, Orissa etc). Technical projects on rainwaterharvesting in campus themes insufficiently covered – tank irrigation, water conflicts, groundwater resources,integrated water resource management, privatization of water, joint forest management, institutions in NRM, scaling up issues etc.

Whether in teams of two or more Joint work cannot be based on single articles You can send a mail to to indicate any particular topic and a line on why Deadline for decisions Thursday 21/11, else you will be assigned topics Preference of a topic does not automatically qualify work on that, it needs to be approved. You are free to choose non English material and also use the net freely acknowledging content.

A project (WORLP), theme or issue or book Decide on source and or modus operanda Write an abstract or work plan – by 3:30 pm Work out the topic in detail bringing in depth understanding Reflect on your learnings, make connections with other papers and class discussions, field learnings etc. Write your term paper or project and submit Await your turn to present Independently revise and resubmit
