If screen is locked press: Ctrl*Alt*Delete
Login: fileroomusr
Pswrd:
Go to: Sharepoint Construction Administration
Go to: Drawing Review
*For Fileroom Computer Only! Ask Judy Atkins for Password
Select Project (Should already be setup by PM)
Open It:
Click on file
Check Out
Click “EDIT”
Click “Save”
*Close It
Make Comments
Save (Excel)
*Upon closing you will be asked to check file back in
*Refresh Screen “View – Refresh”
Comments Screen
Click “OK”
Check In File (ok)
*Drawing no longer checked out
