First Alternative Excessive Use of Force Bureau (EUB)
Federal department taking after FEMA and Homeland Security in its operation with purpose to hold accountable the actions of police departments Will do away with Bias due to not employing anyone from police department Would investigate every case of force committed by police departments Would offer mandatory rehabilitation programs for officers who committed crime in addition to any punishment given

Second Alternative Body Cameras
Citizen complaints against police declined by 88% from 24% in 2011 Use of force by police officers dropped by 60%, from 61 to 25 instances Improvement of officers’ attitudes. Initially, officers were typically negative or nonchalant about the job they did before body camera use

Application gives individuals an opportunity to quickly contact their community police departments ushering in a sense of security Economically sound way to help solve part of the epidemic surrounding the use of excessive force By 2017 more than 200million people in the United States alone will have a smart phone
