Ensure Staff Complete the Process  Confirm Job Requirements of Staff  Review Staff Self Assessment  Conduct Open, Objective Discussion  Determine Competence Level and Define Competence Gaps  Determine Actions needed to Address Gaps
Engage Assessor if assistance needed to make objective judgement on a competence or to verify Skill if you are not at Skill in that competence.
Assessor
Provide specific assessment judgement support, on request, to the supervisor
