Welcome to the ABC Bakers webinar on Scheduling a FCFS Booth. Abcsmartcookies.com is the business center website for all girls and volunteers to manage and monitor their accounts throughout the cookie season.

2 Smart Cookies – Scheduling a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) Booth
Once the Council sets up the date and time frame for the FCFS Booth locations, the Volunteers schedule the desired booths they need for their Troops booth events. Troops will be notified through their Smart Cookies registered s with confirmations of the booths selected. Each Troops assigned booths will also be display on the My Reservations page for Troops under the Booth menu selection. Log on to abcsmartcookies.com to get started.

4 FCFS Booth – Selecting a Location
At the top of the page, the Council has pre-populated the time frame for when First Come, First Serve Booths can be scheduled. There may be one FCFS process set up, or Councils can elect to set up multiple rounds of FCFS booth selection. The number of premium and non-premium locations that can be selected in the current FCFS selection process is also indicated at the top of the page The map displays where the Premium and Non-Premium booths are located. Click on the desired location from the list on the left You can scroll up and down through the list of booths. You can use the search filters above the listing of booth locations to search for a specific location or narrow down your search

5 FCFS Booths – Selecting a Date and Time
Click on desired month and date. Available dates will be highlighted Click on an alternate date if needed and when date is available, the appointment time slots will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select desired time frame. Click save Once saved, the following message will appear at the bottom of the screen: “ You have successfully requested this FCFS Booth” Repeat the same steps for all desired locations Once the limit for Non-Premium booth selection has been reached, the following message will appear at the bottom of the screen: “The maximum number of FCFS requests has been reached for this Troop” Once the limit for the Premium Booths has been reached, the following message will appear at the bottom of the screen: “The maximum number of Premium FCFS requests has been reached for this Troop” Go to “My Reservations” to view all selected requests by reservation type

6 Review the Selected Reservations
The “My Reservations” screen shows all Premium, Non-Premium, and Troop Secured Booth requests (Lottery Requested Booths too if applicable) If a location has been chosen in error, click on the ‘hamburger menu” represented by the 3 dots on the far right of the booth entry on the grid, and click on “Remove Reservation” A confirmation message will appear to either Go Back or Delete Forever because the booth assignment cannot be retrieved once deleted. If accidentally deleted, you would need to go back through the reservation process from the beginning to rebook that booth assignment. notifications will be sent to the Troop’s contact address confirming the booth assignment and/or deletion of booth assignments Booth information will be populated on the GSUSA booth finder app available to consumers to locate booth sales in their neighborhoods
