What are Values? 1) Your values are those elements of your life which you find personally important. They are core beliefs which guide you on how to conduct your life in a way that is meaningful and satisfying for you 2) a person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life

When You Know Your Values- You Have Better Mental Health
When the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, life is usually good – you're satisfied and content. But when these don't align with your values, that's when things feel... wrong. This can be a real source of unhappiness.
