Test Your Positive IQ (Cont.)
L1-4 Low Impact (0-26) “Although you might not be actively bucket dipping -- taking from other's positive emotion -- you probably are not doing much to make things better.” Some Impact (27-84) Even though you are doing some things to improve positive emotion or ‘bucket filling’ in your environment, you can do more. When you interact with others, it fills their buckets -- some of the time. Why not work toward ‘most of the time’?” High Impact (85-98) “Congratulations! You are making a major difference. When you interact with friends, family members, or colleagues, you fill their buckets. And when you fill their buckets, they turn around and fill someone else's bucket. The impact from your top-notch bucket filling goes far beyond what you can see with your own eyes.” McGraw-Hill-Irwin McGraw-Hill © The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.
