First recipient to accept message gets it Deleted from other recipients’ mailboxes Last recipient cannot decline message Once accepted, becomes a normal message

System Call Handlers only Must be set to take a message Edit->Message Settings Message recipient must be distribution list Check “Mark for dispatch delivery” checkbox
