FMCSA has asked contractor to discontinue this policy

Proposal: If enter any MCS-150 data changes in MCMIS, Enter All Changes on Form

MCS-150 forms sent to contractor with obvious data changes on the form that need to be entered in MCMIS. However, MCS-150 date of last update has already been changed in MCMIS but none of the data has been entered
Contractor then has to enter entire form as a “correction”

PRISM Tech Support Has Already Made Significant Progress in Resolving with the States

Carrier gets impatient waiting for new data to be entered and then updates online
Then older paper form arrives at FMCSA contractor
