Internal Vacancy – HR Assistant
Reporting to the HR Manager the main purpose of this role is to provide support on a range of HR generalist tasks. The successful candidate will join a well-respected HR department and provide administrative support to the function. We are looking for someone with a desire to progress and take on further responsibilities as they develop in the role. Within the role you will collate weekly payroll information for approximately 400 employees whilst undertaking the weekly payroll process and working with an external payroll provider. You will assist with the recruitment process, whilst getting involved in all aspects of human resource management. The ideal candidate will either be aspiring to or currently working towards CIPD Level 3, payroll experience would prove advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will have a generalist HR background and will be passionate about pursuing a career in HR. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, including ½ hour unpaid lunch Please apply in writing to Closing date: Friday 11th January 2019
