This is the first window you will see after you click the URL. Follow the instructions on this window. (If you do not already have a LearnCental account with a username and password, you will need to register).

This is the window for creating a LearnCentral account for the WVCTN private community (much like a social networking platform). The information that you provide becomes part of your profile and should be carefully considered.
5
Profile Page When creating your profile, it is important to provide specific information that will allow others to connect with you, in particular, the sections that ask your role, your subjects of interest and grades of interest.
6
Creating a Group Create a private CTN group and/or become a member of someone’s private group within the CTN. Be mindful of the section that asks you who is able to access your group. If you create a group within the WVCTN private community, only members of the community may join your group. However, you may limit access within the WVCTN community if you choose. You may use various features within each group to which you belong, such as creating and populating portfolios; storing and sharing resources; creating your own discussion forums and posting on others’ discussion forums; and posting on your wall and on others’ walls.
