5. Challenges Delay in postal services (Poor communication).
Hard to get a Good collaboration with fisher in the process of data collection, particularly the arrival date & time.
Shortage of Fisheries officer especially on the outer island.
Data Accuracy – data provided by fisheries assistant is not accurate
Duplication of work – data entered again while receiving via postal
