2 INGREDIENTS 150g dark chocolate (100g for the pudding, 50g for the cream) 180g sugar (80g for the pudding, 100g for the syrup) 50g butter  1 egg 50g flour 1 orange  100 ml water  Chocolate ice cream to taste 100g cream

3 1. Melt 100 grams of chocolate.
2.Add the sugar (80 g) and stir.

4 3. When the sugar has dissolved, add the egg and stir again.
4. Put the flour into the mixture.

5 5. Begin to stir – thoroughly, but carefully.
6. Stir until the state, shown in the picture.

6 7. Pour the pudding mixture into the molds and place them in an oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 20 minutes. 8.Make the cream: put the remaining chocolate and cream in a saucepan.

7 9. Put sugar, water and sliced orange in a saucepan
9. Put sugar, water and sliced orange in a saucepan. Put the saucepan on low heat. Boil for about 20 minutes over low heat, until 2/3 of the water has evaporated. 10. Cut the oranges the way you like.

8 11. Put the pudding in the centre.
12.Put a scoop of chocolate ice cream on the top of the pudding.

9 The triple chocolate pudding is ready.
