Figure 2 Haematoxylin and Eosin staining reveals diffuse, sheet-like architecture with the large, eosinophilic tumour cells with prominent, vesicular nucleoli (a). Further immunohistochemistry shows positive staining for CD31 (b) and Factor VIII focally (c). There was also strong diffuse positive staining for Vimentin (d).
