God Commands It! We are not to forsake it Hebrews 10:24-25 It’s how the body protects and feeds itself Ephesians 4:11-16 Heb. 10: And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. We All Need It! Personally Jude 20-21 Our brethren need us here Acts 15:32-36 The world needs to see us worshiping God in scriptural unity Matthew 5:14-16; John 17:17-26 Our families need it Ephesians 6:4; Titus 2:1-8 Jude But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. Acts 15: And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them. 33 And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles. 34 Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still. 35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also. 36 And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do. Matt. 5: Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. John 17: READ Eph. 6:4 - And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Titus 2:1-8 - READ

The Men Have Set Times For Worship! We are to make every effort to maintain and protect the unity of the Spirit Ephesians 4:1-3 We are to humble ourselves to one another 1 Peter 5:5-7 Proves our love for God and our brethren 1 John 4:20; 1 John 3:14 Eph. 4:1-3 – I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, {of the Lord: or, in the Lord} 2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 1 Pet. 5: Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. 6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Jn. 4:20 - If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? 1 Jn. 3:14 - We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

It is a Dangerous World! Temptation is everywhere 1 Peter 5:8-9 It’s easy to fall 1 Corinthians 10:1-13 Churches trend toward apostasy Acts 20:29; 2 Timothy 4:1-5 1 Pet. 5:8-9 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 1 Cor. 10:1-13 – READ Acts 20:29 - For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 2 Tim. 4:1-5 - I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
