1 Cinnamon rolls Using the yeast dough

2 Ingredients 350g plain flour For the filling: 3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt 1 packet instant yeast ½ cup water ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoons margarine 1 egg For the filling: 57g butter/margarine 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 55g brown sugar

3 Method Preheat the oven to 200°C. Switch off after 5 minutes.
In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In a small bowl, microwave the water, milk and margarine until the margarine is melted. Stir the margarine mixture into the flour mixture. Add the egg and knead the dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough and spread the softened butter on top. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top. Roll up the dough and cut into even pieces. Cover with foil and put the rolls in a warm oven to rise for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

4 Method For the glaze: 128g powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons milk
