6. Reference guide - dissemination
The Reference Guide will be published in electronic format on the Eurostat homepage
Links will be included in all SDDS files of the Urban Audit
In the current Reference database it is not possible to include meta information for each individual cell

7. Estimation techniques
General issues
The selected reference year is not a census year
Several surveys (for example: LFS) are only representative at NUTS2 level
"Conservative" attitude of some NSIs towards estimations
Quality of estimations
Possible solutions
Use extrapolation or interpolation together with auxiliary data based on registers
Pool together several survey waves to increase sample size
Outsource estimation work to research institutes, universities
