ANALYSIS OF THE T1 From water to bicycle
2
In triathlon we have two transitions: T1 and T2
In triathlon we have two transitions: T1 and T2. The first is what we do when we move from the swimming sector to the cycling sector, and the T2 when we go from cycling to running.

T1, when we stopped swimming to get out of the water
T1, when we stopped swimming to get out of the water. We must follow the following steps: 1. Lift your glasses for better visibility. 2. Pull the neoprene zipper down to open it, remove the sleeves and the trunk area, leaving the neoprene at the waist. And then take off your hat and glasses and take them in your hand.
4
TIPS Oil in the body prior to the exit, helps to remove the neoprene.
If you wear a watch, you have to keep in mind that it comes out easily through the sleeve; For this we will have tested in previous workouts. Before you begin, take a reference of where your bike is (a tree, a signal, a stain on the wall, the fourth palm tree, etc.), something that can not be moved, so that you have a fast and reliable vision when you are Arriving at the box.

3. When we get to our bike, we will leave the glasses and cap in their place (bag, box, under the bike, etc.), and proceed to remove the bottom of the neoprene with the legs, treading the neoprene; While we put on the helmet and the cycling glasses, and we put the carrier with the dorsal back.

* Cycling shoes will be placed on the bike with the tires on before starting. *
4. We will take the bike and run with it until the exit of the box, a line in the ground where there will be a judge or organizer marking with the flag the moment in which we can get on the bike. With a run, we climbed into the saddle and put our feet in the shoes, to start pedaling (the rubbers break), and we are fastening our shoes on the march.
