2. Mesa’s Volunteer Group (the P. I. T
Mesa’s Volunteer Group (the P.I.T. Crew) is hosting this Fundraiser for the students and staff of Mesa Elementary School. This will be our one major fundraiser of the year.
Our goal is to encourage health and wellness for our students AND their families. Please join us in this community event and SUPPORT our students … YOUR students … YOU!
We are hoping that all of our students and families will participate or support this fun and healthy alternative to the traditional fundraising catalog/cookie dough sales. We will keep 100% of the monies collected to support school activities.

3. How Does It Work? Register at the Mesa elementary office.
Cost is $10 per person. Includes a t-shirt if ordered by Thursday, September 15th.
Late registrations welcome after that date, but will not receive a t-shirt.
All Mesa elementary students will receive a FREE t-shirt!
The 5K is an after-school activity. If student wishes to participate and will NOT be accompanied by a registered parent/guardian, please ensure arrangements have been made to pick up student upon completion of the 5K.
Donations gratefully accepted until October 6th, Student will be eligible for potential prizes. (Level 1-Bronze $ Level 2-Silver $ Level 3-Gold $100)
Event will proceed come rain or shine – sorry, NO REFUNDS. If you choose not to participate once registered, please consider your registration fee and sponsorships/donations a gratefully accepted contribution to Mesa.
All students will participate in the 1 mile Family Walk at 1:45 p.m. with their classroom teacher and registered family members, and are welcome to stay for the 5K at 2:45 p.m.
Donations/sponsorships may be made via the website or the student donation form (Checks payable to MESA ELEMENTARY, please.)
Students may ask family and friends to sponsor them/donate (no door to door, please.)
Pledge packet should be returned to the school by October 6th.
Donations will still be accepted AFTER the day of the event.
Students are encouraged to ask parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles or family friends to contribute to the fun run. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO GO DOOR TO DOOR SEEKING DONATIONS/SPONSORSHIPS.
