5. What students learned during practice
new speciality skills, to use new tools and materials;
impoved language skills;
how to be more independent;
they developed communication skills.

6. Issues
misunderstandings surrounding the expected language levels between parties;
the way the working tasks are carried out are different in Germany compared to Estonia;
arrangements of affairs such as paperwork and communications between the students and organizers related to issues such as bureaucracy and time spent on it.

7. Final words
In conclusion, the students thought highly of this program. It has proven to be a rewarding cooperation between multiple countries for students, teachers and employers.
