Past structural analysis indicated the thickness of the downstream coil collar needed to be increased. The change is reflected in Jay’s study. This causes an interference with the LGC in it’s current position.

Create a recess in the iron at the top to allow the mirrors, cones and PMT’s to remain in their current location. We need a CAD file from LGC to look at the feasibility.
