Statewide full implementation October 1, 2011; however, the new IFSP Part III “Strengths & Needs Summary” will be available on July 15, 2011 via the Online IFSP (including the Offline version). Integrate Child Outcomes Summary (COS) into the IFSP Outcomes Wizard as a component of the web-based IFSP. Utilize available COS reports generated through the web-based IFSP for decision-making at individual child/family, local and State level (Fall 2011 release). Require local implementation of COS Training of Trainers model (CSPD plan in CLIG). Conduct an assessment/evaluation local survey to determine future Statewide professional development needs.
