At week 32, there was greater improvement from baseline in the two mepolizumab groups than in the placebo group—a 100-mL greater increase in the IV mepolizumab group than in the placebo group (P = .02) and a 98-mL greater increase in the subcutaneous mepolizumab group than in the placebo group (P = .03).
