4 Fun Facts Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) was founded at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1904 by Maurice Carr There are now about 200 chapters at universities across the U.S. and we are currently expanding into Canada There are about 300,000 members HKN members serve the community, university, and department in various activities. HKN is merged with and operated by the IEEE. David or Leah

11 How to Join Enter your HKN member information online (By Nov. 5)
We will you the address of a web form. Fill the form out and submit. Include your IEEE member number, if you are a member. Membership includes 1 free year of IEEE membership Pay membership dues (Due Nov. 5) $80 lifetime dues. Cash or check made out to “Eta Kappa Nu”. Give to Dr. Graham Turn in your other materials by Nov. 16 (Friday before Thanksgiving Break): Test (answer sheet only). Signature sheet. Cover of the info packet showing you did your 2 hours service. Will send out banquet registration information Kevin

12 Induction and Banquet November 30 is the induction ceremony (Tentative): 4:45 PM arrive at G39 5:00 PM induction ceremony (guests allowed) Some details: Register for banquet in advance.
