Heel of intravascular magnetic clip is lowered into incision. (b) Tissue is retracted by lifting delivery system shoe out of the incision (arrow), draping tissue over intravascular magnetic clip. Tissue stabilization sheath secures incision edges before deployment of extravascular magnetic clips. (c) Deployment arms then lower extravascular magnetic clips and release intravascular magnetic clip. (d) Delivery system is removed from completed anastomotic port.
