3. Mission Statement
exists in order for every woman at Eastview to be equipped to LOVE GOD, encouraged to SERVE OTHERS, and engaged to GO! to the world around her with the hope of the gospel!

4. Equip
Every woman at Eastview involved in the study of God’s Word, so that she will be equipped for every good work the Lord calls her to do! IDEAS: Priscilla Shirer Bible Studies, parenting and mom’s of teens studies, Jewish heritage studies, Old Testament studies, Morning Bible studies, Women of the Bible, Healthy Boundaries studies, Prayer studies, Missionaries, Elisabeth Elliot, and Elizabeth George, Psalms, Wellness/Weight-loss, Sharing the gospel studies

5. Encourage
Every woman at Eastview encouraged through fellowship, prayer partnerships, and life-on-life discipleship, so that she will grow in her walk with Christ in order to bear much fruit for the sake of the gospel. IDEAS: prayer partners, check-in with each other, accountability, Prayer Pods quarterly, hang-out times, girls’-night-out, care groups, shut-in ministry, women’s fitness/walking groups

6. Engage
Every woman at Eastview engaged in reaching out to the women of York County and the world with the goal of engaging them with the gospel, equipping them with the Word of God, and encouraging them as new friends in Christ. IDEAS: Tender Hearts, Backpacks, Welcome Baskets for new neighbors of church, ESL Classes, Community Garden, Partner with Women’s ministries to assist needy women, Clothes Closet/Food Pantry partnership, voucher for Wednesday night suppers for visitors, First Impressions/Hospitality ministry, Park ministry, with our youth/young girls, partner with other churches

8. Stay in the Word, Share your gifts, Lead in unity and love!
