Ex: Discussion Forums, document/content management for group collaboration
Page creation wizard for sophisticated layouts

Provides a quick and easy way to annotate and categorize content enabling users to find related objects later
Created by the end users rather than developers or administrators
Evolves organically with ability to influence others and receive their view points as well
