1. . Game Ranch approximately 1,000 hectare 40 km north of Livingstone and 30 minutes drive from Victoria falls and tourist capital of Zambia.

2. The main lodge covers 300 square meters and is thatch and brick construction. There is a restaurant, bar, lounge area, men's and ladies toilets, kitchen and pantry, all fully furnished.

5. Building two covers 80 square meters and is thatch and brick construction and has office/reception, storeroom, men's and ladies changing rooms with showers and disabled facilities. Building three covers 60 square meters and is thatch and brick construction and is comprised of pool shelter, partially thatched over and large swimming pool. Building 4 covering 20 square meters: Thatched construction covering a built in barbecue area and buffet counter and surrounded by an open aired enclosed 'kraal' pole fence with a fire pit in the middle. Building 5: Covering 40 square meters: IBR and brick construction covering a laundry, storeroom, workshop, staff toilet and shower.

6. Bush Campsite with thatched ablution block, thatched lapa and barbecue 'kraal'. Horse Stables: IBR and brick structure covering six stable pens and storeroom/tack room. There is a network of over 40 km of internal established farm roads for easy access, bush fire management and game viewing drives. Equipped borehole, 14.5 km game fence 2.4 m high around the property, 4 km of game fence is electrified. Mains electricity lines in place – not connected.

7. Viewing Arrangements
