We are continuing our study of trees and this week we will focus on what we can do with parts of trees. We will discuss building supplies and miscellaneous wooden objects we use often! This would be a great time for you as a family to make something out of wood (birdhouse/ shelf/ treehouse/ swing) and then share the experience with the class!
Please continue to read each night and remember to mark it on your calendar (back of folder!) Continue to practice counting, alphabet letters & sounds, and number & shape recognition at home.
Please see info to the right on your shape building homework! Be creative and use any small objects! Please let your child do the constructing and gluing as this activity is partially designed to build fine motor strength!
