3 1. TPEL Summary IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics continues to run strong: our impact factor is 4.1, making it the 6th highest impact factor of all journals/magazines/transactions in Electrical Engineering. In 2013, we published 6,000 pages. Our review time is among the lowest of the IEEE Transactions and continues to decrease (48.2 days). Impact factor remains strong: IF dropped from 4.65(2011) to 4.1(2012), but ranking went up from 7th to 6th highest IF in EE pubs Number of submissions continues to grow, but growth is slower: 1850(2012) and 1994 (2013). Estimate about submissions in (2014) - JESTPE and other new journals might be reducing TPEL submissions.

4 Changes Outstanding reviewer award (12 AEs recognized)
New Author Instructions In 2013, IEEE TPEL has increased its page allotment once again to finish the 2013 issues at 6,000 pages. The 2014 page budget was increased to 6,600 pages. As of the July issue, 3,848 pages have already been published
