REQUIREMENTS TO PROCESS
Normally tandem extrusion but can use Co-extrusion as well Wire coating approx .005 in. Need standard nylon screw

TANDEM WIRE COATING The PVC and nylon extruders are separated- each with it’s own crosshead. A vacuum can utilized to adjust the jacket tightness and remove outgasses. Both PVC and nylon diameters can be monitored and controlled

CO-EXTRUSION COATING The PVC and nylon extruders use one common crosshead. A vacuum can utilized to adjust the jacket tightness and remove outgasses. Only finished diameter can be monitored and controlled A glass smooth finish can be attained.

REVIEW Nylene provides 3 separate nylon grades from wire coating
Products are all UL approved for the applications Proprietary products made since 1983 for the industry in NA and SA Technical support from Arnprior for all products
