Earthy colour/pallor. +/- swollen face. Eyes:arcus senilous,pallor,don’t forget the fundal exam( HTN,DM,vasculitis,SBE..). Mouth: odor. Rash: lupus, vasculitis, CTD. Neck: look for the access.

Signs of liver disease (HRD,CKD with chronic liver disease). Tattoos. Scratch marks. Browns tumor affecting the ribs.
