You Need FIGHTer TOW (FIGHT-TOW) It was common knowledge within the USAF by the 1950s that short-range, fighter-bombers could be in-flight refueled, but moreover could be TOWED to save fuel, extend range and offer only one radar “blip” to fool the enemy….
