Project is fired and glazed according to chosen technique

2. Construction Options
Coiling- extrude coils, score and slip together then smooth.
Slab (Press Mold) –Create large slab and press into oiled bowl
Wheel Thrown – Curve the inside base and trim when leather hard

3. Faceting: Decorating technique involving cutting flat facets in the clay surface.

4. Stamping Clay – Create a pattern

5. Stamping Glaze

6. Nature Resist

7. Paper Resist

8. Sticker or Tape Resist

9. Drawn Elements (drawing transfers)

10. Sgraffito (If you haven’t used clay?)

11. Darting- pieces cut and sometimes removed from a slab-built or thrown form, where the edges of the opening are drawn together and joined or overlapped to create altered 3-D volume
