Odds ratio for the development of delayed graft function
Odds ratio for the development of delayed graft function. Delayed graft function (DGF) was defined as the requirement for dialysis in the recipient within 7 days after renal transplantation. Dual-kidney recipients received two kidneys from the same donor. In the dual-kidney subgroup, odds ratios could not be estimated because there were no instances of DGF in the hypothermia group. Horizontal bars represent the 95% confidence intervals for the odds ratio. The size of the diamonds is proportional to the number of patients in the subgroup.© 2015 Massachusetts Medical Society. Whole-body anterior SAP scintigraphy scan immediately before antibody infusion and at day 42 after antibody infusion. After treatment, the patient had a marked reduction in hepatic amyloid load, which was detected in a visual comparison of the scans taken before and after treatment and confirmed by means of single-photon-emission computed tomography quantification of the retention of 123I-SAP tracer (measured as a proportion of the injected dose).© 2015 Massachusetts Medical Society.
