1. Welcome to iClicker Reef!
This presentation deck outlines the steps your students should take to prepare for class if you will be using iClicker Cloud for Attendance ONLY.

2. Create an iClicker Reef Account
You must create an iClicker Reef account to ensure your attendance is recorded.
Click Sign-up to create your account.
If you already have a Reef account, just sign in! Do not create and use more than one Reef account as you will only receive credit from a single account.

3. Set Default Institution
Enter Oklahoma State University as your institution when creating your account.
Click Next.

4. Complete your Reef Profile
On the Create Account form, fill out your
*First Name
*Last Name
*University
*CWID
Click Next.

5. Create a password
Create and confirm your password in the two boxes on the next page.
Click Create Account.

6. Follow these steps to add my course in Reef
Click the + sign on the main screen of iClicker Reef to search for my course.
In the “Find Your Institution” field, enter Oklahoma State University
In the “Find Your Course” field, enter STAT 2023
Double check the details you see to make sure you select this course: [Course Name] [Instructor Name] [Class days, Class times] [Course code, course semester]
Click “Add This Course” and it will be added to the main screen of your iClicker Reef account

7. Participating in Attendance with iClicker Reef is free!
If you are using iClicker Reef only in this class for Attendance, you do not need to purchase a subscription or access code for iClicker Reef and can therefore ignore this message or any “Buy” messages!

8. Now you’re ready to go!
When I start an Attendance session, you will see a button appear on your screen to Join my class. Click this button to check-in.

9. You must physically be in class to check-in
I have enabled a GPS location requirement for this class, so if you are not physically present, you will not be able to check-in and will be marked as absent.

10. Track your attendance after class
The main screen of Reef shows your Course Statistics. Here you can see an overview of your attendance.
The Course History provides a detailed view of your attendance records, by date.
