Countless hours of help — from preparing data, being part of the implementation project team, to providing local kiosk access and encouraging participation Sysco Speaks was deployed to nearly 60,000 global associates, including Brakes and Fresh Direct Group in the UK, Davigel Spain, Menigo, and Les Ateliers du Goût, Sysco LABS, HFM in Hawaii, and Doerle in Louisiana The survey was accessible in 8 languages and available from any internet-enabled device

6 Roles & Responsibilities
HR Community Get familiar with the data: Get ahead of your leaders and take a look at your teams’ results. What improved? What still needs work? What are the Drivers of Engagement for your area? Practice in Perceptyx: Explore the tool, including Filters, Drivers of Engagement, and the Demographic Crosstab. Practice making an action plan in the tool. Schedule some time to connect with your leaders: Book some time in late February to make sure leaders are pulling reports and find out when they are going to hold associate sessions. Note: Leaders are expected to access the system and communicate results to associates. Please drive them back to the videos and tools so they learn how to use the new system. Attend associate sessions and touch base on action plans: Join as many associate sessions as you can and continue to touch base with leaders through April to ensure plans are being made and are being input into the system. Leaders Use the leader tools: Explore the Perceptyx tool and utilize training materials when needed. Pull your manager results from the system and review it with an open mind: When you go through your report be careful not jump to conclusions or ignore data or comments based on your opinions. Share results with associates: Hold sessions to share results with all team members. You can use staff meetings, pre-shift meetings, host lunch/dinner, etc. It’s critical that all associates have the chance to see the findings and know what to expect next. Create and enter action plans: Use the Perceptyx tool to develop action plans. You can choose Drivers of Engagement and plan actions to make an impact. Take action: Action plans aren’t any good if you don’t act on them. Find ways to hold yourself and your team accountable to take action over the coming months. Everyone needs to maximize the system. Set deadlines for actions so the system sends reminders to keep momentum and prompt ongoing action.
