2. Status ToR 2 ToR’s (SG1 and SG2)
Discussed at 2 Subgroup meetings, 1 GRVA meeting, 1 WP29 meeting
No consensus, no block for continuation SG’s
New proposal for ToR from UK ( )

3. New proposal (23-10-18) Major modifications
Both ToR’s are combined into one
The work is done under – and reported to GRVA
We will use the ACSF classification
Output shall be applicable to all CP’s (58, 98, +)
The need for data is included
Two stages in Timeline: start global, translate to detail

4. New proposal (23-10-18) Minor modifications:
Consequent, improved and shorter wording
Paragraphs/sentences moved to the appropriate chapters
Alternative name VMAD

5. Proposal to go forward
Commitment on the intention of the major modifications?
Commitment on the wording and assignment of paragraphs to chapters?
Finalize VMAD ToR

6. Next steps Report result to GRVA (jan ‘19)
Ask chair GRVA if ToR can be issued to nov ‘18 WP29 and WP1 as informal
