The demo works TONS easier this way! Changes made to the lesson from the original: Materials- 1,000 mL beaker, tea light candle, 1,000 mL erlenmeyer. Keep the mouth of the erlenmeyer submerged during the whole demo. As always, practice beforehand, and be safe with the flame.
